Which Countries does Healthy Rebel ship to?
We provide shipping to Australia only however sit tight because we plan to ship to the rest of the world soon.

What about a tracking number?
Once your payment is finalised and approved, your order will be processed and you will receive an email confirmation. Once your package is shipped, you will receive more information about your order including your tracking number.

What are the return conditions?

I want to initiate a return, what should I do?
If your return meets the conditions we have specified, please email customer service at healthyrebel@healthyrebel.com.au to arrange your return.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your return it will be inspected for genuine fault or damage. If your return meets the conditions in our policy, a refund will be processed and your credit will be applied automatically over the original payment method.
Can I cancel or change my order?
In the event that your order hasn’t been processed by us yet, it may be possible to change or cancel your order. However, once your order has been processed it is not able to change or be cancelled.
I am missing one or two items from my order, what should I do?
Don't worry, this could be due to the reason that we do partial shipping to ensure that you have the fastest shipping time as possible. Orders are occasionally shipped out separately to your doorstep.
